Insulating glass has been widely used for its excellent energy-saving and environmental protection performance. Qualified insulating glass should have a life of more than 15 years. With the improvement of decoration quality, there are higher requirements for insulating glass to keep qualified for a long time. In the process of insulating glass production and inspection, it is often found that the quality of insulating glass is affected because of the following reasons.
1. Failure of insulating glass: the common phenomenon is the condensation inside insulating glass (often the corners of insulating glass are not properly handled, especially the four corners of inserted insulating glass should be blocked by butyl glue or there are problems with butyl glue or structural glue);
2. The dissolution of butyl rubber leads to the flow, which leads to the quality problem of insulating glass;
3. The butyl adhesive breaks off the adhesive with uneven width and width. Some parts of the adhesive break off from the glass, resulting in the passage of water vapor into the insulating glass;
4. The structural glue depth does not meet the requirements. Insulating glass is made of glass, butyl rubber and structural rubber to form a double - channel seal. Although the butyl adhesive is the main sealant, but the structural adhesive is too shallow insulating glass not only lost a seal, but also because the structural adhesive bonding strength is not enough to lead to glass leakage;
5. When mixing two-component structural adhesives, the proportion deviation of component A and component B is too large or the mixing of the two adhesives is not uniform, resulting in incompatibility, non-bonding and other phenomena, resulting in air leakage of insulating glass;
6. Long exposure to air during the production, storage and use of zeolites leads to quality degradation and even failure of zeolites. For example, the molecular sieve filling machine is not airtight, after filling the molecular sieve did not timely join the piece lead to the molecular sieve long time contact with air, resulting in the molecular sieve moisture absorption failure.
7. When making insulating glass, the environmental humidity is too high, and the internal and external pressure of insulating glass is unbalanced due to the absorption of moisture by zeolite (it can be solved by filling the insulating glass with argon and other inert gases).
